Melvin S. Marsh is a research psychologist with a specialization in psychological stressors in isolated and confined systems and was invited to be Capcomm for Crew 1 of Serenity Station which he was also a consultant for the building of through Extreme Environment Psychology and Medicine Consulting. He is a former DEI consultant and speaks on transgender and disability issues and discrimination in the space industry. He is a showcaller event stage manager through Turtle Tail Productions who was subcontracted for the 2nd annual Stardust Festival.
2022 – Melvin Marsh was contracted as a keynote speaker for the 2022 Stardust Festival. As part of his contract, a minimum audience number of 15 as well as a peak spot in the lineup in exchange for waving his $500 (USD) speaker’s fee, if it did not, the speaker fee would be reinstated. Jason stated the event would be streamed which was agreed on as being acceptable. Madison Diamond (who worked for Jason) violated the time spot, changed it again, and the only one present was a volunteer moderator and there was no stream for the day that Melvin spoke.
2023 – Melvin was again contracted to not only speak at the Stardust Festival ($500 USD) but also be festival stage manager ($1200/day for 2.5 days + travel expenses = 5304.94 USD including speaking). It was agreed to that in exchange for the cost for the 2022 Stardust Festival (500) and the majority of the cost of the 2023 Stardust Festival (all but 732.14 USD plus hotel), that Melvin would receive priority and free access to the Station to continue his research. This will be started on team 1 as CapComm and on site in additional to being an appropriate on site cre member either crew 2 or 3. Jason ghosted Melvin two weeks prior to the start of the festival. Standard entertainment industry contracts requires payment in full if cancelled at two weeks out due to having to turn down other work.

This does not include consulting fees for the habitat or any expenses regarding purchases for the habitat which have not been paid or reimbursed. Consulting fees are $200 USD per hour (268.59 Canadian), amount of hours owed has not been provided by victim so amount owed for habitat cannot be calculated.
